Service Description

Enjoy your celebration to the fullest while we handle the coordination, ensuring a perfectly executed event from start to finish. Basic Party $3550.00 + Tax for 100 People $4550.00 + Tax for 140 People A. Bare Ballroom: Party consists of 4 hours, Set up time is 2 hours, clean up time is 1 Hour. Altogether 7 hours. Client Must do all decorating. B. You will get 3 Staff Members and if Alcohol is brought then one staff member will be your designated Bartender. No lay person is permitted to serve Alcohol. C. You must provide Decorations, Tableware, Bar Glasses and Serving Utensils. Food, DJ, Photographer, if needed. Anything you want to serve on your bar. D. Gratuities for your staff will be $75.00 each. E. Tables are set in a certain fashion and must NOT be moved! F. Tour and Preparedness for this package will be set by the Coordinator at your convenience. G. This Event can be booked only on Sunday through Thursday. For Premium Days like Friday or Saturday, Pricing will be $1000.00 more.
